Nadia Applegate is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner based in Arizona and the founder of In Harmony Health and Wellness, specializing in integrative and functional medicine and aesthetics.

Nadia works with women and men who are experiencing fatigue, weight gain, brain fog, and symptoms related to perimenopause, menopause, and hormonal imbalance. Her approach focuses on identifying and addressing the root causes of symptoms through advanced lab testing, personalized treatment plans, and evidence-based integrative care.
